Ho.re.ca: what does this acronym mean?

Its literal meaning is Hotellerie, Restaurant, Catering …… but for professionals it can easily be translated into: Food, hospitality, hygiene.

Who deals with hospitality has  clear the indissoluble relationship between the first two terms (food, hospitality) and the third (hygiene). A customer, when enters a room, hotel or restaurant, immediately perceives a bad  feeling  if he is in an uncared environment and almost certainly does not come back (sometimes leaves immediately), on the contrary who enters a clean environment is easier to spend pleasant hours … so it can be concluded how important it is to plan the cleaning processes correctly and to choose the best tools.
